Cancellation Policy

Skin Care Solutions fully understands that unexpected things happen in life and that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled at short notice. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking a 24 hour notice period is required. If insufficient notice is not given it gives very little time for the booking to be re-filled. Obviously in exceptional circumstances the fee will be waived.

The information below will explain what information Skin Care Solutions collects about you and how it is used.

Your privacy is taken seriously at Skin Care Solutions and the information collected is used to provide the best possible service to you. At any time you can request a copy of information with respect to yourself. It is important to note that if you have not undertaken any service from the salon after two years your information will be deleted or shredded.

To run the business a minimum level of personal data is required, for example name and contact details and medical data. Notes are stored in a safe lockable box to ensure we maintain and exceed the level of service to you. Filling in the consultation form means you have provided consent for me to store this personal identifying information and is required as a reference for your regular return visits.

Appointment Confirmation and Reminders

Contact will be made to you by email, phone or SMS to confirm your appointment. As you have set up this appointment it is considered you authorise this activity, however should you wish to opt out at any time please let Skin Care Solutions know.

Marketing

Skin Care Solutions will not phone, mail, email or use SMS marketing without you providing consent. Marketing campaigns are only based on the services that the business provides.
